CORPORATE TRAVEL SERVICES
We specialize in small to medium size companies ranging in size from 1 employee to 500 employees with annual travel budgets of $10,000 to $2,000,000.

• Computerized reservations and ticketing - We use Sabre, the world's most technologically advanced airline, car and hotel reservation system.
• "Bargainfinder" - automatic search of lowest available fares
• Reporting/tracking -- cost centers, fare savings, monthly totals, etc.
• Waivers - These "exceptions" to fare rules can very often save you hundreds of dollars if, for example, you do not purchase your tickets far enough in advance or if your itinerary does not include a Saturday night stay. American Airlines has been particularly helpful in obtaining waivers for us and we are also receiving "preferred" treatment from Continental and Delta.
• Additional 10% discount on Continental -- Mahwah Travel is one of a select few agencies that are able to offer an additional 10% discount off of the lowest fares to many of Continental's domestic and international destinations (subject to availability and some exclusions). Please review the enclosed chart of cities for which this discount is available (attachment 1).
• Preferred seating - We have been very successful at obtaining seats normally reserved for frequent fliers.
• Voids - Don't worry if you've made a mistake reserving a nonrefundable ticket; let us know before Monday afternoon and we can void the transaction.
• Fare matching -- We can normally obtain the same fare for a comparable itinerary on your preferred airline.
• Upgrades - We have certificates for various airlines and routes (subject to availability).
• Negotiated airfares -- We have been able to negotiate corporate agreements with various airlines on your behalf if your company travels frequently to a specific city.
